INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a Dutch Oven over Medium-High heat melt 2 Tablespoons of Grass-Fed Butter.
  2. Add 1/4 Cup of diced White Onion and cook until onions are tender and nearly translucent.
  3. Sprinkle with 2 Tablespoons of Paprika and stir to combine the flavors.
  4. Add 1 Pound of Cubed Grass-Fed Beef and lightly brown the meat in the butter for about 4 minutes while continually stirring.
  5. Add 3 Teaspoons of Minced Garlic, 2 Teaspoons White Vinegar, 1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste, 1 Tablespoon Caraway Seeds, 1 Teaspoon Dried Marjoram, a pinch of Black Pepper and a pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt. Stir to mix in flavor.
  6. Pour in 3 Cups of Water or Beef Bone Broth, and bring to a boil.
  7. Once the goulash is brought to a boil, cover with the lid and allow to simmer for about 1 hour.
  8. After the 1 hour mark add in 3 Cups of chopped Cauliflower Florets, cover again, and cook until the Cauliflower is tender (approximately 30-35 minutes).
  9. Serve hot and garnish with some fresh parsley if you desire.
